Receive a brave grant for your own business!

We announce the grant competition “Smilyvi”.


The project was organized thanks to the partnership of Ukrainian business: Raiffeisen Bank and Astarta-Kyiv agri-industrial holding. Implementation partners are Charitable Foundations "Believe in Yourself" and "Light of Hope".

If you have interesting business ideas or have already started your own business and need funds to expand it, then this competition is just for you. Participants of the project can become:
✔️ micro-entrepreneurs who are officially registered in Ukraine (Poltava, Vinnytsia and Khmelnytskyi regions) and employ persons with disabilities, IDPs, families of militaries etc.;
✔️ internally displaced persons, families of militaries, persons from vulnerable groups in the Poltava, Vinnytsia, and Khmelnytskyi regions who have not had their own business, but have ambitions and a desire to develop Ukrainian production.

Participants will receive express training on entrepreneurial activities in wartime, preparation of business plans and work with investors. After that, business projects will be presented. Authors of the best ideas will receive grants to purchase the necessary equipment.

The grant can be received in one of two categories: "Self-employment" or "Micro-entrepreneurship".

The grant program in the "Self-employment" category is aimed at unemployed women and men aged 20-55 who have a business idea and are ready to implement it. Preference will be given to participants of following categories: internally displaced persons, families of militaries, people with disabilities, women affected by domestic and gender-based violence. The amount of the grant for the "Self-employment" category is up to UAH 30 000.

The grant program in the "Micro-enterprise" category is aimed at women and men aged 20-55, who have experience in entrepreneurship (at least 3 months before the announcement of the competition, have registered LLC or are registered as a private entrepreneur), are registered/re-registered in the territory controlled by Ukraine. Priority for participation will be given to micro-enterprises (private entrepreneur, LLC) that aim to create an additional workplace for vulnerable categories of the population, in particular for: internally displaced persons, families of militaries, people with disabilities, women affected by domestic and gender-based violence. The amount of the grant for the "Micro-enterprise" category is up to UAH 80 000.

Applications for participation in the grant program must be submitted by 6:00 p.m. on November 8, by filling out the questionnaire
